Katie Milliron

Katie Milliron is a “Cheese Sommelier” and was the first Minnesotan to earn dual certification as both a Certified Cheese Professional and Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator.  A would-be temporary gig as a Cheesemonger at Zingerman’s Delicatessen has led to a 15 year career in the specialty food industry selling beautiful cheeses to top chefs and retailers around the country.
