About Katie

Katie Milliron is a “Cheese Sommelier” and was the first Minnesotan to earn dual certification as both a Certified Cheese Professional and Certified Cheese Sensory Evaluator.  A would-be temporary gig as a Cheesemonger at Zingerman’s Delicatessen after graduating with a Russian History degree has led to a 15 year career in the specialty food industry selling beautiful cheeses to top chefs and retailers around the country. Katie is based out of The Twin Cities and hosts private cheese events of all sizes.
